Python Job: IT Support Engineer

Service desk job description

· PC (Windows/Mac), mobile/tablet (Android/iOS) kitting and maintenance

- Kitting and resetting PC(Win/Mac)/phone/tablet(iPad/Android)

- PC/mobile/tablet hardware testing, problem sorting, question answering

- PC/mobile/tablet repair procedure

· Software Installation and maintenance (for Windows/Mac)

- Software installation, uninstallation and licensing

- Software troubleshooting, problem sorting

· Daily inspection of in-house IT equipment (Zoom, multi-function printers, monitors, TVs, etc.)

- Troubleshooting for conference system (e.g. Zoom )

- Daily inspection of each hardware equipment, Troubleshooting

- Troubleshooting of network(e.g. Wi-Fi) connection with PC(Win/Mac/Phone/Tablet)

- Hardware(e.g. printers, monitors, TVs etc)Troubleshooting, Q&A

· Cleaning up warehouses, desks, tidying up and returned PCs

· Delivery, disposal and inventory of IT assets

Requirement of skills , experience, personality

· Cheerful and communicative

· Those who can work meticulously and seriously

· Over 2-4 years IT related working expriences(General knowledge related to IT )

· The following toubleshooting skills/experiences are requited

- PC (Win/Mac), Mobile/Tablet (Adroid/iOS)

- TVs, monitors, printers, speakers, etc.

- Network, LAN, WiFi

- Installation and initial setting of various software etc. on a new PC/mobile/tablet

The following abilities are the plus

· Senior Network knowledge, troubleshooting skills

· Programming skills: scripts(bash, powershelgl etc.), PHP, Java, Python, etc.

· Communication in Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $53,243.27 – $80,922.01 per year
